Kitchen Remodeling - Hesitant to Remodel
Listening to remodeling horror stories made a huge impact on Kathy and Dennis McGeath. So much so that they postponed updating their kitchen for more than ten years even though it meant living all that time without a working dishwasher. The McGeath's existing kitchen was small and choppy, the cabinets original to the post-war era home, and the countertops tiled. As their family grew, with grandkids and in-laws now in the mix, the McGeaths envisioned a space where people could gather in the kitchen and enjoy each other's company.
With much trepidation, this past spring Kathy and Dennis decided it was finally time to take the plunge to re-do their kitchen. At the recommendation of close friends and because of the excellent reputation that proceeds McBride Construction, Inc. they contacted Dave McBride. McBride's unique methods for dust control, project management and professionalism put the McGeath's minds at ease and without further qualms they were ready to move forward.
Kathy recommends McBride Construction, Inc. without hesitation. McBride cleaned up at the end of every day, supplied the McGeaths with a time frame they stuck to, and immediately answered any question that arose. Every McBride employee as well as their Preferred Alliance Partners displayed the utmost level of professionalism, were incredibly thorough, and provided thoughtful, creative solutions.
Today the McGeath's are settling into their beautiful new kitchen. The bright and refined space has ample room for preparing large family dinners and there is a special spot for grandkids to work on art projects or for Kathy and Dennis to enjoy a casual meal when it's just the two of them.
